“3S＋3S”model can be described as the 3 levels in the structure of SCUD’s service system. Service center in the headquarters is the 1st level, which provides circuit board repairing service for customers. Agent is the 2nd level service center providing spare parts guarantee services. Retail sales terminal is the 3rd level service center, which provides free service for exchange goods in the first 3 months.
